Rescue
We are rescuing and re-homing dogs and cats every day who are either abandoned, left or just homeless. Did you know that every year in the United States over 6 million animals end up in a shelter? Michigan animal shelters took in 131,000 cats and dogs, adopted out nearly 84,000 and euthanized more than 16,000 canines and felines in 2021. We are helping to place animals with new furever homes not in a shelter to give them a happy life, one they deserve.

Placement
Contracts are required prior to any animal leaving our pack to ensure measures are met to keep animal from being placed in a shelter; all animals or Pomsky puppies that have been adopted out must be returned to Snow Shark Pomsky’s. We take pride in matching animals to the best environment for them if it is a single person home, no pets, no children we take all of these factors into consideration prior to placement. Before placement all animals are microchipped to help reduce crowding in shelters.

Protection
Animal rescue efforts are important in regards to protecting wildlife. Every year countless animal lives are saved by these organizations through proper rehabilitation and medical care, animals are able to go to loving homes happy and healthy in their local communities. Here at Snow Shark we focus on the protection of animals and do so by whatever means are necessary. Every day we are saving dogs and cats who are roaming the streets to protect them from getting injured by a car or worse.
